DETAILED Itinerary with travel resources

The Caravan will no longer be recommending specific hotels nor providing bus transportation. Traveling between cities can be done by air or by car, or a combination of both. We reviewed flight times and drive times to set the times of the law fairs. So, it's your choice on whether you travel to the next location the day before or the morning of! The only thing we recommend is that you do NOT drive from Oklahoma to Austin, Texas, on October 20, the day of the Austin law fair! 

October 17, College Station-  11 to 2

American Airlines and United Airlines have flights into College Station, connections in Houston or Dallas.

Leaving--Direct flight from CLL to DFW at 4 p.m. and at 6:20 p.m. on Monday. The airport is ten minutes from campus. Plenty of taxis and Uber.

Three hour drive from College Station to Arlington

October 18, Dallas. Noon to 3

Three hour drive from Dallas to Norman.

Could also take the 4:40 or 6:40 p.m. flights to OKC after Dallas fair.

October 19, Norman—11 to 2

SWA leaves OKC at 5:40 p.m., change planes in Dal, arrive Austin 8:20, Oct 19

SWA leaves OKC at 5:40 .m., arrives in Dallas at 6:30, Oct 19

AA has round trip flights in and out of Norman. You could leave Dallas  October 19 at 10 a.m. and return to Dallas at 6:11 p.m. return

October 20, Austin- noon to 3

The drive to Austin from Arlington is three hours.

There is a 6:30 a.m. flight from OKC to Austin on Oct 20 that arrives at 9:35.

There are numerous flights from DFW and DAL to AUS on Thursday morning.

October 21, San Antonio  11 to 1

The drive from Austin to San Antonio is 1.5 hours.

Lots of flights

October 22, LSAC Forum. Drive from San Antonio to Houston is 3.5 hours.

Lots of flights.
